How do I? Reminds me of a story our guide told on the trail. "Your lawyer tells you he has some good news and some bad news. First, the good news. You have inherited an olive grove in Italy. The bad news is that Uncle Guido has died, and the olive grove is on a 45 degree hillside."

We saw many of these. In some places, the area under the trees was covered with fine netting, also sloped downward. The olives when ripe and falling off, or being shaken off, would roll downhill to a more central catchment area.
